Елена Еськова

Biography

Elena Yeskova (°1961) was born in Kursk, Russia. In 1984, she graduated at the Faculty of Graphical Arts of the State Pedagogical Institute in Kursk. She worked for the publishing house Kursk en and is now heading the Slavonic artistic association Mertsana.

Since 1983, she has had exhibitions not only in her hometown Kursk, but also in the famous Manège in Moscow and in Silgeborg, Denmark.

Yeskova made illustrations for various novels, among which Alice in Wonderland and a series of 29 drawings for The Master and Margarita.
