Biography
The Berlin graphic artist, illustrator and designer Uwe Schramm (°1955) was born in Trossingen (Germany). After his military service he attended evening courses at the Fachhochschule in Hildesheim, where he followed the Visual Communication department. Then he studied graphic design at the Universität der Künste in Berlin, where he graduated in 1987.
Since 1983, he works as a graphic designer, web designer and illustrator in Berlin. He works with 3D visualizations, and makes video and audio presentations for agencies, businesses and television channels. He works for companies like Siemens, Bosch, Sony, Schering and Deutsche Post. In 1989, he made a series of illustrations for The Master and Margarita.
