Zarazza - Master i Margarita
English > Adaptations > Music > Rock & Roll > ZarazZa
Zarazza was a pop-rock band from Chelyabinsk, a city south of Yekaterinburg, which was formed in August 2006 when singer Irina Simakova met the pop band Screenshot. They made their stage debut on October 18, 2006.
After this followed some concerts, including one at the Rock Winter 2007 festival in Moscow, but shortly thereafter the collaboration between Simakova and the musicians of Screenshot stopped. Simakova continued to call herself jokingly Зараза [Zarazza] or The Plague.
As a group, Zarazza recorded a single CD with three songs, one of which was inspired by The Master and Margarita.
