Rich collection
In 2005, the publishing house NGK launched a special and limited Russian edition of The Master and Margarita. The book is in a leather binding with golden imprints, and only 1.000 copies were printed.
Not less than five artists were asked to illustrate the book: Vasily Vasilevich Glushenko (°1954), Svetlana V. Borisova, Vladimir Dmitrievich Rumyatsev (°1957), Ilya Yevgenyevich Voronin and Arseny Mikhailovich Samorezov (°1968). The quality of the drawings is quite uneven due to the differences in the styles of the artists. Yet, they are very popular on the internet
Here's a selection of what, in my opinion, are the best drawings of the book.
